Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Products purchased from Snapluy may be returned or exchanged within
30 days of delivery, provided all eligibility conditions are met.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Items must be in original condition and original packaging
  • All original tags and labels must be intact

Non-returnable items include:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to
a defective or incorrect item shipped by Snapluy.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless Snapluy made an error.
