Shipping Locations
We currently ship exclusively within the United States. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate international orders at this time. Additionally, please note we cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time). Orders placed after 5:00 PM Pacific Time are processed the following business day. Please note, we do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Time and Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery time is approximately 6 to 10 business days after order processing. While we endeavor to deliver within these estimates, actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Orders over $199: Free shipping.

Orders under $199: A flat shipping fee of $7.99.
We use trusted carriers including FedEx, UPS, and USPS. The selection of carrier is based on factors such as delivery location, package size, and fastest delivery time.
Tracking Your Order
Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your shipment via the carrier’s website or through our dedicated order tracking page.
How Shipping Fees Are Calculated
Shipping fees are clearly calculated based on order total:

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses. Snapluy by BBBO LLC is not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by customers.
Can I Change My Shipping Address?

Delivery Issues
For delivery issues including missing, delayed, or incorrectly delivered packages, please notify our customer service team within 5–7 business days of the expected delivery date for prompt resolution.
Damaged or Lost Items
In the unlikely event your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment or upon noticing a delay. Provide clear photographic evidence of damage, if applicable, to expedite our resolution process.
Incorrect or Missing Items

Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a shipment is refused or returned due to non-acceptance, the customer will be responsible for all associated shipping fees. These fees will be deducted from any refund issued.
Signature Required Deliveries
High-value orders or special circumstances may require a signature upon delivery for security and confirmation purposes.
Handling Charges
Snapluy does not impose additional handling fees. You only pay for your items and the applicable shipping costs.
Delayed or Out-of-Stock Items
Occasionally, products may experience delays or become temporarily unavailable due to high demand or unforeseen production issues. We will promptly notify you of such delays and regularly update you on your order status.
Force Majeure (Natural Disasters or Unforeseen Circumstances)
In situations beyond our control (natural disasters, severe weather, carrier disruptions), delays may occur. We will communicate transparently and work diligently to resolve these issues quickly.
Storage of Undeliverable Packages
Packages undeliverable on the first attempt are stored by the carrier for a limited time (typically 7–14 days). Customers should promptly coordinate with the carrier for re-delivery or pick-up options. Packages unclaimed after this period will be returned to Snapluy, with additional shipping fees incurred by the customer.
