Note: All products are sold tax-free.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange Print-on-Demand T-shirts within 30 days of delivery if they meet these conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • In original condition and packaging

  • Include all original tags and labels

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized or personalized T-shirts

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at contact@snapluy.com with your order number, reason for return, and whether you’d like a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

  • Returned items must match the products listed in your return request.

  • Items that do not meet eligibility criteria will be shipped back at your expense or, if declined, disposed of after notification.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless Snapluy made an error.

  • No restocking fees apply.

Processing Time for Returns

  • Returns are inspected and processed within 1–3 business days of receipt.

  • You’ll be notified by email about the status of your return or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective T-shirt:

  • Notify us within 48 hours at contact@snapluy.com.

  • Include clear images of the product and packaging.

  • We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Replacement must be of equal or lesser value (pay the difference if higher).

  • Replacement items ship after inspection of the original product.

Refund Processing

  • Refund approval/rejection is confirmed by email.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing contact@snapluy.com.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible—you must follow the return process.
