Your satisfaction is important to us, and this Refund & Returns Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are handled.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery if the item meets all of the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In original condition and original packaging
  • All original tags and labels are attached

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or personalized T-shirts
  • Items clearly marked as Final Sale
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at contact@snapluy.com with your order number,
    the reason for the return, and whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange.
  2. Once approved, securely ship the item(s) to the return address provided below.

Conditions for Returns

  • Returned items must match the products approved in your return request.
  • Items that do not meet eligibility criteria may be returned to you at your expense
    or disposed of after notification.

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customer preference returns (wrong size, wrong item ordered, change of mind):
    The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Our error or defective items (damaged, defective, or incorrect item):
    Snapluy will cover return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law.
  • No restocking fees apply.

Processing Time for Returns

  • Returns are inspected and processed within 1–3 business days of receipt.
  • You will be notified by email regarding approval or rejection.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear images of the product and packaging.
  • We will review and resolve the issue promptly.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Replacement items must be of equal or lesser value.
  • Higher-priced replacements require payment of the difference.
  • Replacements are shipped after inspection of the returned item.

Refund Processing

  • You will receive email confirmation once your refund is approved or rejected.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
    to the original payment method.

Order Cancellation (Before Shipment Only)

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase
    only if the order has not entered production or shipped,
    by emailing contact@snapluy.com.
  • Once an order has shipped or entered production,
    it is no longer eligible for cancellation and must follow the
    30-day return process after delivery described above.
