Note: All products are sold tax-free.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

You may return or exchange Print-on-Demand T-shirts within 30 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, your T-shirt must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Be in its original condition and packaging.

  • Include all original tags and labels.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain products are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Non-returnable items include:

  • Customized or personalized Print-on-Demand T-shirts.

  • Products marked as “Final Sale.”

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care by the customer.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

  2. Once approved, securely pack your item(s) and ship them to:

Conditions for Returns

  • Returned products must match the items listed in your return request.

  • Products must comply with our eligibility criteria to qualify for a refund or exchange.

  • Items returned that do not meet our eligibility criteria will be shipped back to the customer at their expense, or disposed of after notification if return shipping is not covered by the customer.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrectly shipped item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless there was an error made by Snapluy.

  • There are no restocking fees.

Processing Time for Returns

Once your return is received, it will be inspected and processed within 1–3 business days. You will be notified via email regarding the status of your return or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective Print-on-Demand T-shirt, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your item by emailing [email protected]. Include clear images of the product and packaging for swift resolution.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are gladly accepted within 30 days of delivery for products of equal or lesser value. If exchanging for a higher-priced item, you will only pay the difference in price. Replacement items will ship once your original product has been received and inspected.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method (Stripe or PayPal).

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. To cancel your order, contact us promptly at [email protected] with your order details. Once your order has shipped, cancellations will no longer be accepted, and you will need to follow the return process.
