Returns are accepted within 30 days for unused, unworn, unwashed items in original condition. Customized or personalized products are not returnable unless defective, damaged, or incorrect.

2. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within this period, provided the item meets eligibility requirements.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
3. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Item must be in original condition
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
- Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Return must be approved before shipping
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

- Final sale items
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

If you arrange return shipping yourself, we recommend using a tracked service as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
6. How to Return an Item
Step 1: Request a Return
Contact us at contact@snapluy.com with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: Approval
Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a return authorization (RMA) if applicable.
Step 3: Ship the Item
Returns are routed to: Viva La Earth LLC, 100 S Santa Fe Ave #429, Los Angeles, CA 90013, United States. However, do not ship items without prior approval or a return authorization (RMA), as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Step 4: Inspection
Once received, the item will be inspected before approval of refund or replacement.
7. Refunds
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time is 3–5 business days after approval
- Bank processing times may vary

8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return item, place new order.
9. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not entered production or shipping.
After this period, cancellation is no longer possible and the order must follow the return process after delivery.
