Shipping Locations

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate international orders at this time. Additionally, please note we cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

Snapluy by Viva La Earth LLC operates exclusively within the United States. All orders are shipped from and to locations within the United States only.

Order Processing Time

Production Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time).

Daily Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM PST. Orders placed after cut-off process the next business day.

Shipping Time and Delivery Estimates

Transit Time: 5–6 business days after production.

Total estimated delivery time including processing + transit is 6–8 business days.

Times may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates

  • Orders over $199: Free shipping.

  • Orders under $199: A flat shipping fee of $7.99.

We use trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is based on delivery location and fastest delivery time.

Tracking Your Order

Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your shipment via the carrier’s website or through our dedicated order tracking page.

Taxes & Customs

Taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses. Snapluy by Viva La Earth LLC is not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by customers.

Can I Change My Shipping Address?

Changes to shipping addresses can be made only if your order has not yet shipped. Please immediately contact us at support@snapluy.com.

Delivery Issues

For delivery issues including missing, delayed, or incorrectly delivered packages, please notify our customer service team within 5–7 business days of the expected delivery date.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, contact us within 48 hours. Provide photographic evidence for faster resolution.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive incorrect or missing items, contact us immediately at support@snapluy.com with photographic proof. We typically resolve such cases within 1–3 business days.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a shipment is refused or returned to us, the customer will be responsible for all associated shipping fees, which will be deducted from any refund issued.

Signature Required Deliveries

High-value orders or special circumstances may require a signature upon delivery.

Handling Charges

No additional handling fees are applied. You only pay for your items and applicable shipping costs.

Delayed or Out-of-Stock Items

Occasionally, items may be delayed due to high demand or production issues. We will notify you promptly and keep you updated.

Force Majeure

Storage of Undeliverable Packages

Packages undeliverable on the first attempt may be stored by carriers for 7–14 days. Unclaimed packages are returned to us, and additional shipping fees apply.
