- Important Exception: Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return, cancellation, or exchange once production begins unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrectly printed.

- Items must be returned in original condition
- Original packaging should be included when possible
- Proof of purchase is required
- All return requests must be approved before shipment
