🚚 Shipping Policy

• Shipping Area: United States only (excluding PO Boxes and military addresses).
• Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days.

• Shipping Carriers: Orders are shipped within the United States using trusted carriers such as FedEx, USPS, and UPS depending on destination and availability.

  • Free shipping on orders over $199
  • $7.99 shipping fee for orders under $199
• Order Tracking: Tracking information is sent via email once your order has shipped.
• Taxes: Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping location.
• Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Address updates can only be requested before an order ships.
• Delivery Issues:
  • Missing or delayed shipments should be reported within 5–7 business days of the expected delivery date.
  • Damaged, defective, or lost shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos when applicable.
• Signature Requirement: High-value orders may require a delivery signature for security purposes.
• Carrier Delays: Delivery delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other external factors are outside our control.
• Refused or Unclaimed Packages: Refused or unclaimed shipments may be subject to return shipping fees or carrier storage limitations.

• Return Eligibility: Direct exchanges not offered. Return within 30 days, place new order for preferred item
• Important Exception: Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return, cancellation, or exchange once production begins unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrectly printed.
• Return Conditions:
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Items must be returned in original condition
  • Original packaging should be included when possible
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • All return requests must be approved before shipment
• Non-Returnable Items:
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or unauthorized modifications
• How to Start a Return: Contact contact@snapluy.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return. Approved returns may require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping.
• Return Address:Returns are processed after RMA approval. Approved returns are shipped to: 100 S Santa Fe Ave #429, Los Angeles, CA 90013, United States — unless our support team directs you to an alternate facility.
• Return Shipping Costs:

  • We cover return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items

  • Returned items are inspected within 1–3 business days after arrival

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Damaged or Defective Items: Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with clear supporting photos.
