- Original packaging should be included when possible

- How to Start a Return: Contact contact@snapluy.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return. Approved returns may require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping.
- Return Address: Approved returns must be shipped to Viva La Earth LLC, 100 S Santa Fe Ave #429, Los Angeles, CA 90013, United States, unless our support team provides a different return facility in your RMA instructions.
